Traditional Tuscan Estate

This idyllic Rochester Hills, Michigan new construction, elegantly combines the client's new Tuscan leanings with their years of collecting Eastern furnishings and accessories while living in the Orient. iContact Designs was enlisted to create Venetian wall finishes for the great room and foyer, and paint/color selections throughout the home.

iContact Designs also designed and created all of the home's window treatments. The client's commisioned iContact Designs to create color room schemes for their east coast cottage retreat as well.

Transitional Remodel: Before & After

The objective in the interior design was to reconfigure and transform a largely unused, dated, awkward floor plan into several useful, elegantly tailored spaces. These spaces were to reflect the homeowner's contemporary leanings, while simultaneously remaining true to the home's Colonial roots, thus creating a beautiful transitional aesthetic.

Contemporary Ranch Remodel: Before & After

This picturesque Bloomfield Hills ranch exterior facade and interior was transformed by iContact Designs to accomodate the client's more contemporary tastes. We literally raised the roof on this project to create a definitive exterior focal point with new roof line and center gable, cultured stone and lighting.

Contemporary Arts & Crafts: Under Construction

A bucolic homesite of lush foliage, rolling hills and tranquil pond sets the scene for this Franklin, Michigan new home construction. Built to complement the landscape in a nod to the Art & Crafts movement and Frank Lloyd Wright. iContact Designs was brought in to consult with the client and builder thoughtout the building process making flooring, tile and solid surface reccomendations, bathroom floorplans; selecting paint colors, fixtures and hardware, ready-made cabinetry in addition to designing custom wall cabinetry, cabinets, firplace surounds, furniture and railings. Our objective was to meld a mission aesthetic with the client's contempory leanings. iContact Designs, Inc.

Transitional Estate: Under Construction

This beautiful Island Lake new construction is part of a Toll Brothers Luxury Home Development in Novi, Michigan. iContact Designs was brought in by the client to assist in coordinating all architectural selections including wall colors, trim profiles, lighting diagrams & fixtures, kitchen & bath fixtures, cabinetry, hardware, flooring; virtually all interior and exterior selections. We also designed a dramatic custom marble shower wall for the master bath.
